These terms apply when you request a quote, book a detail, or otherwise use the services of 287 Auto Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By contacting us or booking, you agree to these terms.
We provide auto detailing in Midlothian, Texas and the surrounding DFW area, including our Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages, our 287 Cruise Control membership, and related add-ons. There are two ways to get a detail: we come to you, or you drop your vehicle off with us in Midlothian.
For a mobile visit, you agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe place to work, including access to water and power where the service needs it.

A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us. The final price may change once we see the vehicle, for example, based on its size, condition, or extra services you request. We’ll confirm the price with you before we start. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
We’ll agree on a date and time for your detail. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can by phone or text. We may need to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, and will work with you to find a new time.
Payment is due when the detail is complete, unless we agree otherwise. We accept payment through our online pay link (processed by Stripe) and other methods we offer. Tips are appreciated but never required.
Cruise Control is a maintenance membership. Depending on the plan, visits come round every month or every three months, in a service week agreed with you, at your plan rate. Every membership starts with an entry detail at the regular price, which brings the vehicle to the condition the plan then maintains; the plan rate applies from the second visit. The specific terms of your plan are set out in the membership agreement you accept on your member page.
You pay for each visit however suits you. If you place a card on file, you authorize us to charge it for a visit that has actually been completed, and only when we run the charge; nothing is charged automatically. A visit that needs much more than maintenance (for example heavy soiling or pet hair) may carry a surcharge, which we will tell you about before we start. You can cancel the membership at any time by letting us know.
If you opt in, we’ll text you about your request and appointments. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We take care with every vehicle and stand behind our work. Please tell us about any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket parts before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, or issues we could not reasonably have foreseen. If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective” date above. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
